Returns Policy

Non-returnable Items:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are considered final once the order is fulfilled and delivered.

Handling Damaged Goods:

  • If you receive an order with damaged packaging during transit or an incorrect order, please let our rider know immediately and inspect the condition of the product upon receipt.
  • In such cases, please email us at info@seescandiesmanila.com with your name, order number, invoice, and photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

 

Dispute Resolution:

In cases of disputes, we will work closely with you to reach a fair resolution.
