Each package from See's Candies Manila is thoroughly hand-packed at our local warehouse. Should you receive your order with damaged packaging during transit or receive an incorrect order, kindly let our rider know immediately. We advise you to inspect the condition of the product upon receipt of your orders.
For order related concerns such as incomplete, missing and/or incorrect items delivered:
- Concerns should be filed within 24hours upon receiving your order
- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, invoice and a proof of received items (photo)
- Items should be sealed and not yet consumed
- We will verify the concern and provide the customer with a resolution within 24hrs
See’s Candies Manila reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the See's Candies Manila Returns Policy.
A customer can only cancel an order if the products have not been shipped out yet or sent to a 3rd party courier. Respectively, Sees has the right to cancel an order if the customer does not complete payment within 48hours (2 banking days) upon receiving the invoice.
Here at See's Candies Manila, we value your satisfaction with our products. We are committed to practicing strict industry standards on sanitation, hygiene, and food handling. We also ensure our partner couriers understand the fragile nature of our products and handle them with care. Due to the heat-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot guarantee freshness of products that are shipped outside of Metro Manila.
See’s Candies are made with the finest ingredients, with no preservatives added in the See's US kitchens, which means they have a limited shelf life. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, See's Candies Manila Returns Policy is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. See's Candies Manila Returns Policy is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
