Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse as per store policy. Store pickups are not allowed for orders made via the website. You may also purchase from our stores by contacting them directly -  check store contact details here.

Coverage

To ensure the freshness of your See’s Candies, we only work with couriers who are able to facilitate special handling and thus our deliverable areas are limited.

Greater Metro Manila or NCR Plus
Laguna: San Pedro, Cabuyao, Calamba, Binan, Sta. Rosa, Real Calamba
Rizal: Antipolo (San Jose and Dalig), Taytay, Angono, San Mateo, Binangonan
Cavite: Bacoor, Kawit, Imus, Trece Martirez, General Trias, Tagaytay, Silang

NOTE:

Delivery to city or municipality outskirts is subject to our courier’s coverage. 

See’s reserves the right to charge additional delivery fee, according to couriers’ rate for your shipping address.

See’s reserves the right to cancel orders that are determined undeliverable.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping rates are subject to change at any given time. 

  • Metro Manila - Php 200 flat fee
  • Greater Metro Manila or NCR Plus  - Php 400 flat fee
    • Selected areas in Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan
  • Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao - Php 1,500 base fee, via courier with special handling, includes additional insulation packaging for the order. Subject to adjustment based on actual delivery address.

 

Shipping Timeline:

Shipping schedules are subject to change during long weekends and holidays. 

Metro Manila. Delivered Same Day or Next Day
Shipped via Motorcycle Rider 

  • Orders placed before 8am from Monday - Saturday will be processed and delivered on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 8am from Monday-Saturday will be included in our next-day or next business day delivery.
  • Once shipped out, orders will be delivered no later than 7pm. 
  • No deliveries on a Sunday and Holiday (non-working day) unless announced prior.
  • In December, the shipping timeline adjusts to 1-3 days due to lack of same-day delivery couriers.

Greater Metro Manila or NCR Plus. Delivered in 1-3 days.
Shipped via Motorcycle Rider or Car

  • Orders placed from Monday-Saturday are prioritized to be included in our next-day or next business day delivery. However, please allow 1-3 days delivery lead time upon shipping out your orders as we need to find an appropriate courier to deliver to your area.
  • No deliveries on a Sunday and Holiday (non-working day) unless announced prior.

Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Delivered in 5 - 10 days.
Shipped via Air and Motorcycle Rider or Car

  • We can only process and ship out orders for Visayas and Mindanao once a week. This helps us ensure that your See’s arrives to you in the best condition.
  • Orders placed between Monday - Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped out no later than Wednesday. 
  • Please order at least 10 days in advance if you need your orders to be received by a specific day.
  • No deliveries on a Sunday and Holiday (non working day).
  • Orders above Php15,000 can be processed and shipped out immediately.
  • Delivery timeline is subject to available cargo flights to your area.

 

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. Should you wish to pickup from a specific store, you may contact the store directly. Check store locations here.
  • Requests for special deliveries during holidays are subject to our manpower and courier availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery updates are sent via email and text on the day of delivery.
  • The Motorcycle Rider will call or text when he’s on his way and nearby.
  • In case of severe weather, driver availability or other uncontrollable factors, deliveries might be delayed or rescheduled. 
  • Upon receiving your order, store it in a cool, dry environment, wait 2 hours prior to consumption. This gives the chocolate enough time to come back to ideal temperature in case it was exposed to higher temperatures during transit. There is no need to store See’s in the refrigerator.
  • Upon delivery, we encourage customers to inspect and open their package as soon as they receive it. Kindly check for any issues and discrepancies and report to customer service within 2 hours, after which an investigation will be launched to look into the said report. Customer Service is available daily from 9am to 6pm. Queries after 6pm will be responded to on the next day.
