Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse as per store policy. Store pickups are not allowed for orders made via the website. 

Coverage

To ensure the freshness of your See’s Candies, we are only able to deliver to select cities. Delivery to city outskirts is subject to our courier’s coverage. See’s reserves the right to cancel orders that are determined undeliverable.

Shipping Fees:

    • Metro Manila - 200 pesos flat fee
    • Luzon (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite) - 400 pesos flat fee
  • Visayas and Mindanao (Cebu, Davao) - shipping starts at 750 pesos. Final shipping fees are computed at checkout based on actual and volumetric weight.
  • Shipping rates are subject to change at any given time. 

    Shipping Timeline:

    Metro Manila 

    • Orders placed before 10am from Monday - Saturday will be processed and delivered on the same day.
    • Orders placed after 10am from  Monday-Saturday will be included in our next-day or next business day delivery

    Luzon 

    • Orders placed from Monday-Saturday will be included in our next-day or next business day delivery (please allow 1-2 days delivery lead time upon shipping out your orders).
    • No Sunday deliveries 

    Visayas and Mindanao

    • Orders placed between Monday - Sunday will be processed and shipped out the following Monday (please allow 1-2 days delivery lead time upon shipping out your orders).
    • No deliveries on Sundays and Holidays

    Shipping schedules are subject to change during long weekends and holidays. 

    Shipping Guidelines:

    • Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. Should you wish to pickup from a specific store, you may contact the store directly. Check store locations here.
    • Requests for special deliveries during holidays are subject to our manpower and courier availability.
    • Delivery updates are sent via email and text on the day of delivery.
    • Rider will call or text when he’s on his way and nearby.
    • In case of severe weather, driver availability or other uncontrollable factors, deliveries might be delayed or rescheduled. 
    • Upon delivery, we encourage customers to inspect and open their package as soon as they receive it. Kindly check for any issues and discrepancies and report to customer service within 24 hours, after which an investigation will be launched to look into the said report.
    • To ensure freshness of your chocolates, store indoors in a dry, cool environment for at least 4 hours prior to consumption.
