Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been fulfilled by our 3rd party fulfillment center. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for our Fulfillment schedule.
  • Orders can be canceled within two (2) hours of placement by sending an email to info@seescandiesmanila.com or through our live chat. Customer Service is available Mondays-Sundays from 9am to 5pm.

 

Damages and Issues:

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within two (2) hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund Process:

  • For immediate assistance regarding your order, please contact us at info@seescandiesmanila.com or through our live chat. Customer Service is available Mondays-Sundays from 9am to 5pm. Concerns submitted through social media or stores shall be directed to email.
  • Our Customer Service Team will submit your request for refund to the Management, approval will take 1-2 business days.
  • Once approved, refunds shall be issued within 1-14 business days depending on your mode of payment.
    • Credit Card: 3-14 days depending on your bank. In some cases, we are no longer able to issue the refund to credit cards and will do so via bank account or e-Wallet transfer instead.
    • Bank Account or e-Wallet: 1-3 business days

 

Limitations on Liability:

  • We are not liable for product quality issues due to mishandling by couriers or improper storage after delivery.
  • Store your See’s Candies at room temperature (20-28°C) out of the sunlight upon receipt. Wait 4 hours before consuming, as the candy may have traveled to you in warm conditions.

 

Feedback Mechanism:

Legal Compliance:

 Our policy is compliant with local consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations.

 

Note:

  • See's Candies Manila does not honor requests for exchanges of items. All orders, once fulfilled and delivered, are final.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites and online marketplaces, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Concerns regarding products purchased at See’s Candies Manila Stores should be directed towards the store. A list of locations is here
